The Shanghai International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition (FIC) in China is known as a "barometer of industry development". The conference is jointly hosted by the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association and the Light Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
Faced with the ongoing global pandemic, the Chinese food additive and ingredient industry, including the China Food Additives Association, has made efforts to implement the economic dual cycle national strategy. Despite the unfavorable situation where external demand is inevitably affected, it still relies on its own responsibility and spirit of responsibility to make greater contributions to promoting social and economic development. The China Shanghai International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition (FIC) will invite over 100 industry experts, top academician leaders, industry experts, renowned scholars, and renowned enterprise elites to gather together to provide a blueprint for the development of the global food additives and ingredients industry and discuss ways to break through.
